Just returned from our 3rd trip in less than a year,, so that says it all,,, fantastic place,, kids love it,, so do the parents,,, this time we went with 2 other family’s and everyone had a great time,,, and the children are already planning our next trip back,,,,
The yurts have everything you need to cook/eat,,, just take your food and bedding,outdoor games, BBQ charcoal,some good friends and your all set for a great trip,,, little bit of sun helps as well,,,

We booked a small yurt for husband and I and two older children (13 and 9). We were welcomed by Alistair on arrival and helped with our luggage to the Yurt. There was plenty of room for sleeping and the futons were comfortable. Toliets and showers were cleaned regularly and fresh ice packs for the roomy ice box in the yurt were also provided.
Plenty of utensils provided and everything was clean.

We booked the yurt whilst our friends were camping in Gibside as part of the family camping weekend and it was a really lovely two night break.
